What do you like most?
The offer tool is sensational, the backend is set up really simply, just great to use. Really a great decision, the campaign tool too, very easy and good to manage.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Support, children's prices, and seasonal periods that aren't always applied correctly. It would also be nice if pre-check-in and data entry were possible through Smart Host.
