A convenient all-in-one program that is easy to use and straightforward. The design is simple, clean, and well done. Insights report very clear and easy to understand.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The processing time to sync inventory to the channel is delayed due to several issues, such as reservations being confirmed while no rooms are available in the PMS, yet still appearing in the channel manager.
