What do you like most?
Eleanor has been a great support when it comes to handling pre-bookings for dining experiences, spa treatments, and activities. It is easy and convenient for guests and the Reservations Department.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Not much at the moment. Occasionally, the system takes some time to load, which can cause slight delays in reservations.
