What do you like most?
What we value most about Eleanor is their genuine partnership approach. They don’t feel like a vendor — they feel like an extension of our team. They are exceptionally responsive, proactive, and reliable, even while working across significant time zone differences. Their team takes the time to understand our business, our guests, and our brand, ensuring the solution feels tailored rather than off-the-shelf. Marcela visited Fiji to help with the initial set up- they held our hand all the way through and continue to do so. Eleanor is Blue Lagoon Cruises' “concierge in your pocket” which enhances the onboard experience without detracting from the personal service of our team members onboard that Blue Lagoon Cruises is known for. If anything, Eleanor enhances that. As our business continues to grow, we will be expanding to Eleanor’s multi-property app next year to support multiple vessels, including an additional vessel joining our fleet. This scalability, combined with Eleanor’s hands-on approach, has given us confidence in the platform as a long-term solution. Darren, Marcela, Matic, and the wider Eleanor team are personable, approachable, and clearly passionate about what they do — a quality that consistently shows in both their work and the way they engage with partners.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Although Eleanor take into consideration our opinions, suggestions and the way we work, rectifying issues for a seamless experience for our Blue Lagoon Cruises team and guests, we would love to see the day that Eleanor is able to integrate with our POS system onboard, we have had discussions around this and they are working towards it... No doubt, it will be a reality in the near future!
