Glitches in the System- Please work out the issues in Guest Messaging. Since onboarding we have had several false sms texts go out to guest by AI.

Guest Messaging - ability to solve problems quickly and help guest in real time. Tipping convenience of product. Cyber Security convenience of product.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Glitches in guest messaging. As mentioned we have several issues with AI telling guest welcome, etc when they are not even checked in yet. Wrong dates being sent to the guest, etc.
