What do you like most?
I view TrustYou as a tool that supports guest experience management, helps build a positive hotel image, and facilitates the continuous improvement of service quality. I use it not only to monitor ratings, but—more importantly—to implement tangible improvements in the hotel’s day-to-day operations. I highly value the technical support provided by Mr. Wojciech Kawulka.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Some reviews are unfair and damaging to the hotel. I know we can contest them, but the process is too labor-intensive. It would be worth streamlining it.
