What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I would like TrustYou to evolve towards a more predictive solution. Today, the platform helps us understand what has happened and what guests are saying, but it would be valuable to have predictive insights that anticipate future trends, potential operational issues, and guest satisfaction risks before they occur. This would enable us to take proactive actions rather than reacting once problems have already happened.
