What do you dislike or think could be improved?
It would be helpful to have the option to manually reclassify reviews from negative to positive directly in the platform when they have been incorrectly flagged due to mixed feedback or a misunderstanding. This would save time and eliminate the need to send an email each time a review needs to be reclassified.
