What do you like most?
Great automated system, saves a lot of time and labour. In a few weeks we managed to get the chat automation to 94%. There has also been an increase in bookings made after interaction with the chatbot.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Have not come across anything that needed improving. AI-powered Chat Booking Assistant and a one-stop platform for all communication channels - just as promised
