What do you like most?
Sales & Catering Solutions is so easy to work with and the support is fantastic! They are quick to respond and complete requests. The new software works great, solves many property issues by keeping all things housed in one place. Upgrading to e-signatures and proposal path is a super time saver! For all the functionalities offered, this program is cost effective for the smaller business! Cloud based application also makes use for many of the team in different locations very accessible.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Since I've only been using the system a short time, I have no complaints. Down the road, more reporting might be handy (like ability to pull accounts by type, i.e. booking agent). I also would like to see the rebate drop down either a fixed amount or a %, it's not very flexible.
