What do you like most?
From the ease of use administration of the booking engine to the in-depth reports and data analysis provided in an instant the booking engine improvements have been a very welcome addition this year.Any time there is any technical issue it is resolved speedily and thoroughly. Marketing and sales advice always is relevant to this hotel and offers value for money options.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Can't think of anything that might need to be amended or adjusted. I have been working with Net Affinity for many years and have always found their service levels excellent, their ability to adpat plans to suit the hotel ideal.
