What do you like most?
Optimand is a very useful tool, if you work in the hotel industry, especially if you have to manage more hotels and the rates. The best part is the rate shop, which is very useful, intuitive and trustful. It allows me to check if the rates of my properties are in line compared to my competitors and it gives me the oportunity to set the pricing strategy in both short and long terms. Another useful area is the parity check, which allows me to verify if the rates launched by the channel manager are received in the same way by the OTAs, so I do not have to waste time anymore entering in every extranet o booking.com, expedia or maxiroom.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
At moment I do not have any suggestion for some improvements. I find Optimand very easy to work and very intuitive.
