What do you like most?
My favorite aspect of the M3 accounting system is its exclusive focus on the hospitality industry. This specialization delivers a powerful, centralized cloud platform that aggregates multi-property financial data in real-time. This provides instant, granular visibility and eliminates manual consolidation, making reporting (such as the daily P&L) essential for immediate operational decision-making.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
It's truly difficult to pinpoint weaknesses in a system with such outstanding support and foundational architecture. The Customer Service is top-notch—always responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in user success. Furthermore, the core database and data integrity are near-perfect.
