What do you like most?
The ImpulsePoint platform is very easy to use and train new team members on. Their self-pay kiosk not only looks great, but it performs and is easy to use. Working with Impulsify was like turning on the revenue faucet, our accounting team thought there were posting errors as the market revenue more than doubled in the first month it was installed. Natalie and the onboarding team provided great initial AND ongoing support with any questions or issues that have popped up. Looking forward to getting Impulsify at all of our hotels to maximize the revenues of this space. It's not just heads in beds anymore - we need to make the most of every revenue opportunity out there, Impulsify has definitley shown us what the market is capable of.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
As with any scanner, barcodes on certain items dont scan as well as others. Would like to see Impulsify engage with some computer vision technology to make the flow of self-service check-out even more effiecient. Single-Sign On (SSO) via SAML to the ImpulsePoint platform would help us ensure that our users have easy access into the platform from Day 1.
