Immediate Action & Follow up ,I usually get much updated from Shanawaz and he has been great. Infact we did a trial with one of the hotel as we liked and we added another hotel with Rate Tiger

I feel the mobile app can be improved to the version as desktop, since sometimes its slightly challenging with app
