ROOMDEX literally has the fastest response time to client’s questions in the world of all the vendors I have worked with in my life long hospitality career and having done so many system integrations, implementations, and migrations!
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Email solicitation Graphics, and Marketing; enhancement to customization to customer's needs could used some improvement. Sometimes the alogorithm is not too transparent.
