What do you like most?
When it comes to Revinate / guest complaints and similar issues, we only have a limited amount of time to deal with them adequately. MARA provides tremendous and time-saving support in the responses and in the design of the texts. Only the fine-tuning is often necessary.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
