Instead of the awkward chat buttons and clumsy answers, Visito offers a fluid guest-chat experience just like it would be with a real person. The recommendations for rooms and booking engine integration are seamless.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
It has everything it needs. I would focus on improving loading speed or some minor UX refinements , but otherwise excellent as is.
