What do you like most?
Ozgur has an amazing style to him which makes me feel like he really cares about me and my small hotel in Nicaragua. It's clear that he is a consummate professional and extremely knowledgeable. HotelRunner In general is great, but Ozgur brought my satisfaction to a new level.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Nothing. I'm super happy with everything that hotel runner has helped me with over the many years I've been with them.
