What do you like most?
The program was easy to learn and offers a simple way to send offers and stay in touch with guests. The automated offer request feature saves a lot of work. The service is exceptionally good; you always receive a quick response from a personal support representative (even on holidays and in the evenings, where unexpected help has been provided) and professional assistance. They are attentive to your needs and stay on top of challenges that can't be resolved immediately, working to find a good solution.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The "Correspondence" section could be improved in terms of clarity; sometimes, especially with longer correspondence with a guest, you have to scroll quite a bit. In my opinion, the correspondence could be listed in a simpler chronological order. I'm sure there will be an improvement for this soon.
