Hello shift has an app with is awesome, the mobile app works with your phones or apple watches, which is awesome, you can be anywhere and get notify about the situation of things happening in the hotel, because of this nice features management can view all and sundry from home even on their days off, in a way it helps to micro manage Yh hotel
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Just an observation, it will be better if in house guest can have access to communicate with the hotel like requesting for amenities or housekeeping service.
