What do you like most?
I enjoy being reminded each week of where we are receiving our guest reviews from so we that we can keep track of any reviews we have not yet responded to.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
One thing that has come up this year when we attempted to enter the annual GuestRevu awards, we found that we are not longer able to do that, due to the fact that we make use of a Gmail email address. This is quite disappointing, I don't know why GuestRevu is discriminating against us because of this, as I'm sure millions of people use their service. The reason we use Gmail, is because in the past we had a paid for business email service, which unfortunately was notoriously unreliable and we noticed that often our emails being sent to guests were going missing or we would not receive responses from them. Once we switched over to Gmail, then it seemed to be a lot better, although we still find that email is quite unreliable when compared with social media apps such as WhatsApp. Most of my business is now conducted through WhatsApp, as it is a lot quicker to receive information from guests, and we can also send through invoices in the form of pdf files etc
