What do you like most?
Easy to use and helps with communication with guests. Also helps with paperless check-in and upselling at the desk and in advance.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
For upselling, you cannot select 2 or more days for the same product. At the moment each upselling has to be done once per day at a time. Selecting a date range for breakfasts upsell for example would speed up the process.
