What do you like most?
Easy and intuitive report generation for room attendants. Very user-friendly on mobile devices. Even older employees and room attendants adapt to the system quickly and use it with ease. The ability to report maintenance issues directly through the system is a fantastic feature. Adding photos makes the process much more efficient, eliminating the need for lengthy descriptions or having to physically show the issue to someone. Provides a valuable database for analysis and performance tracking.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Chat history disappears after 24 hours. It is not possible to attach photos in the chat. The quality of customer support is inconsistent. I often get the impression that support agents are not familiar with hotel operations, which can make resolving issues more difficult. There is no dedicated status for rooms that require corrections or touch-ups. Currently, such rooms revert to a "dirty" status, making it difficult to distinguish between a room that requires a full cleaning and one that only needs minor corrections. The time difference between these tasks is significant, and checking comments every time is cumbersome. When using the "Inspected Not on Site" option instead of scanning the QR code, it is not possible to see who changed the room status. The system only shows that the PMS updated the status. This functionality could definitely be improved. When using the "Add Comment in Bulk" feature, there is no indication of whether a room is a stayover or a departure room. This information must be checked beforehand, which adds unnecessary extra work. The distinction is important because not all tasks and deep-cleaning activities apply to stayover rooms.
