What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The chatbot would feel stronger with a more natural and human conversation style, closer to a ChatGPT level experience guests now expect. Smoother replies and better understanding across longer conversations would improve the experience. The foundation is already in place, and continuous learning from real guest conversations will help interactions feel more human over time. A low code platform for businesses to automate workflows and trigger agentic actions would add strong value to the platform.
