What do you like most?
I love HOVR because it gives our future guests a better idea of how unique our property is. Heather is a great rep and gives us wonderful ideas and feedback to improve our site.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I think it could be improved through more tracking and metrics. Even though it shows me how many people are engaging with the video - I think it would be helpful to have the capability to use the videos as a CTA to book.
