What do you like most?
TrustYou helps our team understand guest experiences, identify service strengths, and recognize areas that need improvement. The platform makes guest feedback easier to monitor and analyze, allowing us to respond more effectively to guest concerns and maintain high hospitality standards. It is a valuable tool for improving guest satisfaction and delivering personalized service at our resort. What do you dislike or think could be improved?
It would be beneficial to have an improved system for automatically categorizing guest feedback by department, such as Front Office, Housekeeping, Food and Beverage, and Engineering. This would help each team identify recurring issues more quickly, monitor performance, and prioritize corrective actions. A more detailed departmental dashboard would make it easier for management to track improvements and ensure a consistent guest experience.
