Hotelspeaker makes handling and responding to reviews very easy, clear and the combination between the AI suggestions and the human support if needed is a perfect combination for us.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Like almost all systems, the AI is not fullt capable of filtering out sarcasm and/ or capturing the feeling in texts. I am sure this will be solved over time.
