Matrix has been a great way to prioritize your date needed or to be entered into. Helps with efficiency and organization when doing the day-to-day operations. Very easy to navigate and filter to exactly what you need to see.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
With any software there are always things that can be improved. I know that the email was something they could've have improved and it has!
