What do you like most?
I like that I can easily copy the payment link and include it directly in my email to the client. Also, the payment reminder feature is also very helpful for following up on outstanding payments.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
It would be helpful if we could change the booking name on an existing reservation. Sometimes clients need to update the event name, but we're currently unable to make that adjustment, which can cause confusion for both the client and conference service team.
