What do you like most?
What I like most is the seamless integration with my PMS and the easy, intuitive user interface. It is a well-thought-out, operationally focused software from start to finish that integrates perfectly into other systems and our daily workflows. You can really tell it was developed by concierges, for hotels and concierges.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I am very satisfied that my ideas and suggestions are always met with genuine interest and carefully reviewed. Thanks to this great support, we have already been able to customize several features for our specific needs and even introduce new ones.
