What do you like most?
I like that we are kept updated on how the hotel is doing, and to keep doing well so the scores can go up, when we're lacking somewhere, we are always able to pick up.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
nothing really, I think all the features are perfectly fine, the only issue I have is that it takes 1 review for your scores to go down and you'll need a thousand to go up.
