What do you like most?
The best thing is the reviews; I find it very useful to be able to record maintenance reviews in a centralized system.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
It's not possible to sort the fault reports by number of rooms, origin, or whether rooms are free, occupied, etc., which is essential for us. Printing the reports is terrible because we have to export them to Excel and modify the entire spreadsheet before printing. We can't edit fault reports or their priority. Being able to modify the priority is crucial for a maintenance manager.
