What do you like most?
What I particularly like is that Raitify really saves time in everyday use while simultaneously improving the quality of responses. Reviews can be answered faster, more professionally, and more consistently – without losing the personal touch.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
In my opinion, the review widget for your own website could be further optimized. A clearer overview of all reviews would be particularly helpful, ideally with a clear display by platform, category, and recurring guest topics. The integration and presentation could also be improved. Hotels, in particular, would benefit from more transparent and visually appealing integration of external review sources to better showcase their reputation on their own website. In short: The widget has great potential, but its clarity, design, and informative value for hotel websites could be significantly enhanced.
