What do you like most?
We really appreciate the support from the Event Temple team. They are always friendly, responsive and attentive to our needs. Our recent call with Eszter was a great example of this — she took the time to listen to our feedback and understand our experience.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Overall, we are very satisfied with Event Temple. One area that could be improved is the reporting section, particularly when exporting reports and tables to Excel. I sometimes find the exported files a little difficult to read and not always very clear or intuitive. It would be helpful if the Excel exports were more structured and user-friendly, with clearer columns and formatting, making it easier to analyze and use the data directly.
