What do you like most?
It allows you to easily track and respond to reviews, even using AI, as well as view key reputation indicators. It also includes the ability to set up questionnaires and automatically send these surveys to customers. It's constantly updated with improvements that benefit front-end users and offers numerous management advantages for administrators at the corporate level. Best of all is the weekly support from our account manager and the prompt response from the support team.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Integrations with various OTAs, especially Google, could be improved, as they often have issues loading reviews on the ReviewPro platform. Additionally, the dynamic dashboard's functionality could be enhanced for both users and administrators. Finally, more video tutorials and blog posts should be added to the user help platform, and the restaurant section, which currently lacks the same features as the hotel section, should be further developed.
