What do you like most?
It's made us all much more efficient, and it's made the operations slicker. It means our team have more time to interact with guests and less time behind a screen trying to work out what's going on.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
That is hard to answer! And I don't say that lightly. It is rare to work with a company that listens to their customers as much as Mara! They are constantly evolving and improving and what they have built is truly incredible. The integrations make an enormous difference and all the ones they have truly help. It would be good if they could integrate with the remaining OTAs - like Agoda. But they do integrate with Google, Booking.com, Expedia and TripAdvisor which is already more than anyone else!
