The convenience of having the channels in one platform and the features. The YOY growth of 32.5% of Room Revenue. And the continued assistance of Atharva from Siteminder.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The integration of the new feature ultrasync to our PMS (RMS) is required. It has been inconvenient for our team to manually update the rates despite having the dynamic revenue plus.
