What do you like most?
Our experience with Ask Suite has been very positive. It is an innovative solution that has significantly simplified the way we manage communication with our guests and customers, allowing us to streamline the handling of messages received through channels such as Facebook, Instagram, and booking platforms like Booking.com. The implementation of Sofía has been a tremendous help to our team, enabling us to optimize processes, improve response times, and provide a more efficient and consistent experience aligned with our brand. We also greatly appreciate the support and guidance provided by Daniel Hernández, who takes the time during each meeting to answer our questions, clearly explain the platform’s capabilities, and guide us through the opportunities we can explore, as well as upcoming improvements and new features. We truly value both the platform’s innovation and the team’s commitment to helping us make the most of its capabilities. Ask Suite has become an important partner in improving our customer service processes and continuously enhancing our guests’ experience.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
One area for improvement would be the automatic classification of incoming messages and inquiries based on our predefined tags. Ideally, the platform would identify the type of inquiry and automatically assign the corresponding tag, allowing the classification to be built and updated in real time. This would help us organize conversations more efficiently, streamline follow-up, and gain better visibility into the most common inquiries we receive.
