What do you like most?
Ease of use for rateshopping and market insights. The ability to monitor rate development on a date basis, as well as easy generation of rateshop reports for extended periods of time.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Rateshopping across destinations especially for our 2 hostels and large Congress property. Where it is not necessarily price for Copenhagen which determines property choice, but on a destination level where price is of greater importance than the actual destination.
