What do you like most?
Hifive has helped drive our housekeeping and valet tips up in our multiple hotels across the US. They are committed to providing the best customer service which includes a fast response time from their professional and friendly staff. They are able to personalize your dashboard, reports and even the tipping website.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
At the moment, there is nothing that comes to mind that needs improvement. They are doing a wonderful job in working with us and providing us with exactly what we need.
