What do you like most?
Sertifi allows us to set up payment schedules in advance & to track deposits through their reporting options/system. The system automatically sends reminders to payers when due dates are close/past due & allows for ACH/card payments with a few clicks. If links expire, payers can create new links to complete payments that are past due or declined. Our clients love it, our team loves it - there are so many easy to use features. This truly helps us to streamline the payment process for our clients & lets our team check things off of their lists in advance (which makes ALL the difference for us some weeks.) The security features are incredible; our clients feel that their information is secure and we have never had any trouble/concerns/etc. We can send documents individually right from Sertifi but we also have it integrated into our sales system. This truly is life changing! We are able to click a couple buttons and then get directly into the Sertifi billing system seamlessly. There is no additional log in, no waiting, no sending of additional or extra emails - the process is truly so streamlined from start to finish for all of us and all of our clients. Especially since adding the ACH/bank payment feature, the software is next to PERFECT for the capabilities and features that we need. We send hundreds of payment requests a week and we would spend a lot more time doing so with any other method. I have used Sertifi at multiple properties and it is such a universal system that so many people are familiar & comfortable with. I would suggest it 10 times out of 10!
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The only room for improvement I think would be an option to include yourself/others on reminders, etc. automatically. The system itself is FANTASTIC - this would just be the one thing I would suggest. And it may already exist!! I also wish there was an option to expire users/take off emails. I understand why we cannot (once they sign or pay something,) but if an employee that has made a payment or signed a document should no longer have access to that company's files/information, this could potentially create some issues. I have not yet run into this exact scenario; the user who was no longer with the company had a corporate company issued email address.. So, once he no longer had access to that, he could not access the Sertifi files.
