What do you like most?
We are currently in the implementation phase and seeing the power of the tool at this early stage and knowing how Thynk Event Management Software and Sales Management will transform our business is very exciting. We will no longer be pulling reports for days, it will take seconds! The teams representing our portfolio of eight international hotels are very excited to have Thynk LIVE in our business.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Contact details need to be integrated with Opera. Event Management - adding menus seems to be a copy and pasta best practice. I feel its easy to miss adding a function space which could add huge problems for potential overbooking.
