What do you like most?
Ease of use, the front end is simple and even the back end is easy to navigate. the ticketing system is simplistic and creates an easier focus for the team. working with our PMS through an API to allow us easy access to our guests visit information, we can log and see issues with each lodge/room and we can allow our team to have a more in depth look at our arriving guests. The system is highly user-friendly, with an intuitive front-end and a navigable back-end. The ticketing system is straightforward, enabling our team to maintain focus efficiently. Integration with our Property Management System (PMS) via API provides seamless access to guest visit information. This allows us to log and monitor issues for each lodge/room effectively and grants our team a comprehensive view of arriving guests. We manage approximately 500 housekeepers on our changeover days, each equipped with a device running the UniFocus software. Despite the devices not being state-of-the-art, the software operates efficiently without any user-end issues. What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Longer reporting history, i would like to see more historical data, without having to run reports at key times to save the information. An extended reporting history would be beneficial. I would prefer the ability to access more historical data without the need to generate and save reports at specific intervals. Additionally, the ability to customize the user interface for a sleeker finish would enhance visibility and overall user experience. Whilst this isnt a deal breaker it would provided a more polished UI, this would improve the software's aesthetic appeal and functionality, making it easier for our team to navigate and utilize effectively.
