What do you like most?
I can easily track the status of the loaded rates if it's aligned with the other channels and if my brand website rates is more competitive versus OTA.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
If we have a facility to know the third party name that causing rate disparity and if we can process a test booking even if it's for a non-refundable policy.
