The possibility of making room upgrades prior to the arrival s a plus for our customers. very much appreciated. thank you
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
In the section "Manual upgrade" we were not able to do a manual upgrade, there was a system error. We have sent an e-mail on the 15/09/2023 and we were told we would receive feedback soon, and until now we haven't received any feedback at all. Service-wise this is a bit disapointing.
