What do you like most?
The websites are user-friendly on the back end, and for the guests, so everything looks great. And if we want to change the template, we can do so very quickly. We'll be working with Hotelchamp to see how we can get more direct bookings using their tools.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
If they develop their own booking engine which will be as user friendly as their template websites that would be fantastic.
