What do you like most?
We chose Smarthost as a communication tool and for marketing purposes, and so far we are very satisfied with the basic features. Now we need to make optimal use of the software's additional features and advanced capabilities. It has made our work easier and our guests more professional in their communication.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Implementing the payment tool for bookings was a challenge. This wasn't the fault of the Smart Host team, but rather due to the fact that two payment providers had to collaborate to enable this functionality. It would be advantageous if they didn't have to integrate with the company's existing provider, but instead pursued a standalone solution with the Smart Host partner.
