What do you like most?
TrustYou is one of the most valuable tools supporting my daily operations. It gives me quick access to guest feedback from multiple channels in one place, allowing me to identify service issues, recognize strengths, and react promptly when improvements are needed. The platform helps our team focus on guest satisfaction and make informed decisions based on real experiences. What do you dislike or think could be improved?
It would be great to receive summary emails already translated into the user's preferred language. This would make daily review even more convenient. However, this is only a small suggestion, and we continue to see excellent development and improvements across the platform.
