What do you like most?
IDEAS is a very easy system to navigate. The reporting tools are excellent, allowing us to extract reports to Excel with all the required data within minutes. We use an inhouse system, which is not particularly strong when it comes to meetings and events reporting, so SmartSpace makes this process much easier. The team are also very supportive whenever we need anything. Nothing is ever too much trouble, and they are always happy to help and provide guidance when required.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
It would be beneficial to have the ability to pull reports by month or year and filter them by revenue code, such as Conferences, Banqueting, Beverages, and other revenue streams. This would make reporting more efficient and provide a clearer overview of performance across different areas of the business.
